Respite Care
provide temporary relief to caregivers, prevent caregiver burnout, and ensure the well-being and safety of the care recipient during the caregiver's absence.
Our Respite Care services include but not limited to:
1. Supervision to our clients
2. Hygiene Assistance
3. Feeding Assistance
4. Medication administration
Residential Habilitation and support services
Our RHS services are designed to meet each individual’s unique needs to ensure health and wellness and to support acquisition, improvement and retention of skills necessary to live successfully in one’s own home.
Wellness Coordination
Our wellness Coordination services focus on the development, maintenance, and routine monitoring of an individual’s wellness coordination plan, risk plans and the medical services required to manage our client’s needs.
Transportation
We offer transportation services to enable waiver participants to gain access to any non-medical community services, resource destinations, places of employment; to maintain or improve their mobility within the community; to increase independence and community participation; and to prevent institutionalization.
